Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were showing their age and lacked a balcony, but the service was friendly and hospitable. The location on the pier was perfect for a beach getaway, though the dining experience wasn't what I expected from a resort.
I found the hotel to be in a great location, sitting right on the sunny isles beach with lots of good sand and sun. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were a bit disappointing as they seemed very out of date and in need of repair and update. The dining experience was also not up to par, as the overpriced food was below basic hotel standards.
The hotel had a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms, along with a utility sink/bar area that was perfect for my 2-day stay. However, the readiness of the room was poor after a long flight, and the receptionist's solution was to cancel the booking without providing an alternative for rest.
I stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit noisy and lacked a coffee maker, but the ocean front tiki bar was a nice touch. The service had a major hiccup with a lost car key incident, although overall the friendly attendants made our one-week vacation enjoyable. The location was great with seafront access, but there was room for improvement in handling situations. The dining experience fell short of expectations, and the pricey and poor-quality meals at the Ocean Reef Café were disappointing.
My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right on the beach and with great deals at Kitchen 305. However, the rooms were super dirty, nothing like the pictures on the website, and even lacked basic amenities like water. The service was disorganized and even disrespectful at times, which was disappointing.
